  If this is true…then what an ideal time for crimminals & terrorists to exploit the disruption of global IT systems which our whole society relies upon…this would give the powers that be (not necesserily governments) the perfect excuse to bring in some form of serious social controls, ie: marshall law & even the barcoding of people!
